Sometimes a home needs more than its usual routine. After a demanding period, around a move or before welcoming guests, you may want to restore calm, order and a visibly cared-for foundation.
The Avelines Home Reset brings that foundation back in one carefully tailored appointment. It is not a standard cleaning round, but focused support for the rooms and tasks that will make the greatest difference at that moment.
The result we work towards
The aim is not simply a clean home. The Home Reset helps your living environment feel fresh, orderly and comfortable again. By agreeing priorities in advance, the available time is used where it will have the most meaningful effect.
Afterwards, you can expect:
- a fresh and well-cared-for appearance;
- greater calm and order in the main living areas;
- a comfortable foundation from which to resume your own routine;
- less accumulated household pressure.
When is a Home Reset appropriate?
A Home Reset can be particularly helpful:
- after a busy or demanding period;
- before or after a holiday;
- around a house move;
- before welcoming guests;
- when your home needs a thorough refresh;
- when you wish to restore structure to the rooms you use most.
What do you receive?
You receive six service hours of professional support in your home.
Depending on availability and the nature of the work, the Home Reset will be carried out by:
- one professional for up to six hours; or
- two professionals for up to three hours each.
Beforehand, we briefly discuss your home, your wishes and the rooms that matter most to you. This allows us to create a realistic plan and enables the professional to work with clear focus.
What may be included?
The work may include:
- cleaning kitchen surfaces;
- cleaning bathrooms and sanitary areas;
- caring for bedrooms and living spaces;
- dusting, vacuuming and mopping;
- refreshing frequently used rooms;
- restoring a calm and well-cared-for appearance.
The precise scope is tailored to your priorities, the condition of the home and what can be completed carefully within the available service time.
What is not included as standard?
The Home Reset is designed for regularly maintained private homes. Specialist, heavy-duty or higher-risk work is not included in the standard service.
This includes:
- cleaning the interiors of cupboards and appliances;
- cleaning after severe or long-term neglect;
- specialist floor treatments;
- work on the exterior of the property;
- gardening;
- moving heavy furniture;
- specialist work requiring particular products, protective measures or expertise.
Laundry care, ironing, extensive organising, grocery shopping and other Personal Home Assistant tasks are not included as standard. If you require these services, we will be pleased to discuss suitable additional support.
Your personal price confirmation
Your total price is confirmed personally in advance. We take into account the location of the property, whether one or two professionals will attend, accessibility and any particular travel arrangements.
You therefore know exactly what has been agreed before reserving, without unexpected additions afterwards.
Reserve in three steps
1. Share your details and priorities
Send us the property address, your preferred period and a brief description of what matters most to you.
2. Receive a personal proposal
Avelines checks availability and confirms the possible date, the proposed arrangement, the priority tasks and the complete total price.
3. Confirm your reservation
Once you have approved the proposal and payment has been received, your appointment is reserved.
Changes and cancellations
If you wish to change your appointment, please let us know preferably at least 48 hours in advance. The complete terms for changes, cancellations and the statutory cooling-off period will be provided with your reservation confirmation.
