Our approach

From first conversation to a trusted start.

A lasting collaboration is not created by speed, but by clarity. We therefore take the time to understand your household, your expectations and the role that will genuinely suit your way of life.

The process

Six clear steps.

The precise timeline depends on the role, region and availability. Throughout the process, you have one clear point of contact.

01

Confidential introduction

We discuss your circumstances, the calm you would like to create, current challenges and the support that may suit your household. This conversation is confidential and without obligation.

02

Detailed intake

We carefully define responsibilities, exclusions, frequency, working hours, independence, privacy, communication lines and personal preferences.

03

Role profile and agreements

You receive a clearly defined role profile. Nanny, Family Support and other roles remain individually scoped, even when several forms of support are combined.

04

Selection and verification

Avelines assesses experience, conduct, references, availability and personal fit. Where relevant, a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and additional checks form part of the process.

05

Personal proposal

Only when a profile appears suitable both professionally and personally do you receive a proposal and meet the professional.

06

Start and ongoing support

Following mutual agreement, the arrangements are confirmed. We remain involved during the start, evaluations and any necessary adjustments.

Confidentiality

Privacy is integral to our approach.

Information shared selectively

Assignment details are shared only with professionals for whom the information is relevant.

Clear consent

A profile is never shared with a client or professional without prior consultation.

Discretion clearly agreed

Expectations regarding privacy, communication and visibility are discussed in advance.

No public intake forms

Professionals receive the current intake form personally after submitting their pre-registration.

Clear expectations

What you may expect from us.

What we do

  • Listen personally and ask the questions that matter
  • Define roles, responsibilities and boundaries with precision
  • Introduce only genuinely suitable professionals
  • Remain available and involved after the start

What we do not promise

  • A guaranteed placement within a fixed short timeframe
  • A match without a complete intake
  • Availability that has not been personally confirmed
  • An unlimited role without a clearly defined scope
