FOR REFERRERS, ADVISERS AND TRUSTED PARTNERS
A trusted household partner for your client
When a client needs support at home, you want to refer them to a partner that handles people, privacy and expectations with care. Avelines organises the selection and placement of household professionals and remains involved throughout the collaboration.
Who we work with
Family offices and private offices · private client advisers, wealth advisers and private bankers · estate agents, buying advisers and property managers · relocation and expat partners · notaries, estate planners and family-governance advisers · interior designers, security advisers and other professionals around the home · employers and executive-support teams · professionals supporting senior clients and families, without referring medical care needs to Avelines.
When an introduction may be appropriate
During a move, a new home, a change of household staff, increasing complexity at home, multiple residences or a wish to remain living independently for longer. Even if the client does not yet know which role is needed, Avelines can help clarify the requirement with care.
What Avelines takes care of
1. A confidential intake with the client or their authorised representative.
2. Defining the role, responsibilities, schedule and preferred way of working.
3. Recruitment and pre-selection of suitable professionals.
4. Screening within the agreed scope, including identity, references and relevant documentation.
5. Candidate proposals and guidance during introductory meetings.
6. Clear start arrangements and support around the placement.
7. Evaluation, ongoing guidance and attention to continuity after the start.
A clear, role-appropriate collaboration
The client remains central. Avelines agrees in advance who the contracting party is, who makes decisions and which information may be shared with the referrer. You do not need to become a recruiter, employer or operational point of contact. We only share information that is necessary, appropriate and authorised.
How a referral works
1. You introduce the client with their consent.
2. Avelines confirms who may be contacted; sensitive details are not needed initially.
3. We arrange a confidential intake, directly with the client or through an authorised representative.
4. We agree the assignment, roles, privacy and contact moments.
5. Avelines supports selection, start and follow-up within the agreed arrangements.
Our commitment to your client
We approach your client with care and without pressure. We provide a realistic view of the options, timescale and responsibilities. If Avelines is not the right partner, we will say so promptly and respectfully.
Frequently asked questions
Does my client need to know the exact role in advance? No. During the intake, we help determine whether housekeeping, a Personal Home Assistant or a Household Manager is the best fit.
Will I remain involved? Only to the degree the client wishes and that is agreed in advance. Avelines can work directly with the client or maintain contact through an authorised representative.
What information should I share initially? Only the client’s name and preferred contact method, broad area, type of need and confirmation that the client consents to contact. Sensitive household information is not required at this stage.
Will I receive a fee for a referral? Avelines agrees any commercial arrangements exclusively in advance, in writing and transparently. An introduction never automatically creates a fee or exclusivity.
Can Avelines work alongside existing advisers or household staff? Yes. Roles are agreed in advance so responsibilities and communication lines remain clear.
